Lean Pork Soup with Walnuts and Small Red Beans

Ingredients:

60g walnuts (shelled)

300g lean pork

30g small red beans

6g dried tangerine peel

6C water

[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

 

Method:

1.Rinse the walnuts, lean pork and small red beans. Soak dried tangerine peel in water until soft. Scrape off the pith.

2.Boil water in a pot. Put in all ingredients and bring to a boil. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hours. Season with salt; serve.
