Lotus Root Porridge with Huai Shan and Black Dates

Ingredients:

60g Huai Shan (sliced)

5 black dates (seeded)

3 walnuts (shelled)

50g ground lotus root

[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

 

Method:

1.Rinse Huai Shan, black dates and walnuts. Add water and cook until done.

2.Stir in the ground lotus root and bring to a boil. Mix well and serve.
