Lotus Seed Congee with Mai Dong

Ingredients:

10g Mai Dong

12g lotus seeds

40g long-grain rice

[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

 

Method:

1.Put Mai Dong into a cloth bag.

2.Rinse rice and lotus seeds. Add water and bring to a boil. Put in Mai Dong and cook until the rice is mushy.

3.Discard the Mai Dong in a cloth bad; serve.
