Lotus Seed Drink with Raisins, Black Beans and Egg |

Ingredients: 100g lotus seeds 40g raisins 30g black beans 2 eggs 800ml water [t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]
Method: 1.Peel and core the lotus seeds. Rinse well. Then rinse all other ingredients separately. 2.Put all ingredients into a pot. Bring to a boil. Turn to low heat and cook until the lotus seeds are tender; serve.
