Oxtail Soup with Tomato and Assorted Vegetables

Ingredients:

400g oxtail

200g white cabbage

150g tomatoes

150g carrot

1 onion

40g ginger

10C water

[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

 

Method:

1.Rinse and scald the oxtail. Peel the carrot. Rinse and cut into pieces.

2.Peel the onion and cut into pieces. Rinse and cut tomatoes and white cabbage into chunks.

3.Boil water. Put in all ingredients and boil over high heat briefly. Turn to low heat and simmer for 2 hours. Season with salt; serve warm.
