Pork Liver Soup with Qi Zi

Ingredients:

150g pork liver

150g lean pork

20g Qi Zi

200g carrot

shredded ginger

[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

 

Method:

1.Rinse all ingredients except ginger. Soak Qi Zi in water until fine.

2.Slice the pork liver and lean pork. Peel and cut carrot into pieces.

3.Put the carrot into a pot. Add water and cook for 30 minutes.

4.Add Qi Zi, shredded ginger, pork liver and lean pork. Cook until the meat is done completely. Season with salt; serve.
