Pork Liver Soup with Spinach

Ingredients:

600g spinach

150g pork liver

20g sliced ginger

4C water

[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

 

Method:

1.Rinse the spinach. Rinse and slice pork liver.

2.Boil some water in a pot. Put in the ginger slices and pork liver. Cook briefly.

3.Add spinach and bring to a boil. Season with salt; serve.
