Pork Rib Soup with Lotus Root and Dried Octopus

Ingredients:

600g lotus roots

400g pork ribs

100g dried octopus

20g dried tangerine peel

10C water

[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

 

Method:

1.Rinse and scald the pork ribs. Peel, rinse and cut lotus roots into pieces.

2.Boil water. Put in all ingredients and boil over high heat briefly. Turn to low heat and simmer for 2 hours. Season with salt; serve.
