Pork Shin Soup with Apple and Almonds

Ingredients:

300g pork shin

2 apples

30g sweet and bitter almonds

6C water

[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

 

Method:

1.Rinse and scald the pork shin. Core the apples and cut into pieces. Rinse.

2.Boil water. Put in all ingredients and boil over high heat briefly. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour; serve.
