Sang Ji Sheng Drink with Black Beans and Egg |

Ingredients: 25g Sang Ji Sheng 30g black beans 2 eggs 20g sugar [t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]
Method: 1.Rinse all ingredients (except sugar). 2.Put Sang Ji Sheng, black beans and eggs into a clay pot. Add water and boil over medium heat for 1 hour. 3.Discard the Sang Ji Sheng. Shell the eggs and put them back into the pot. 4.Stir in sugar and bring to a boil; serve.
