Sea Cucumber Congee with Qi Zi |

Ingredients: 30g dried sea cucumber 30g Qi Zi 30g Huai Shan 100g glutinous rice [t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]
Method: 1.Soak dried sea cucumber in water until soft. Cut it open and discard the entrails. Rinse well and slice. Cook until done. 2.Rinse glutinous rice, Huai Shan and Qi Zi. Soak Qi Zi in water until fine. Add water to glutinous rice, Huai Shan and Qi Zi. Cook until the rice is musky. 3. Add sliced sea cucumber into the congee from step (2). Season with salt. Serve.
