Stewed Chicken Soup with Deer Antler and Qi Zi

Ingredients:

5g thinly sliced deer antler

300g chicken meat

15g Qi Zi

[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

 

Method:

1.Rinse all ingredients. Soak Qi Zi in water until fine.

2.Put all ingredients into a stewing pot. Add water. Stew for 3 hours until chicken meat are done. Season with salt and serve.
