Stewed Chicken Soup with Dried Fish Maw and Qi Zi

Ingredients:

60g dried fish maw

15g Qi Zi

20g ginger

800g chicken meat

1 litre water

[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

 

Method:

1.Soak the dried fish maw in boiling water. Cover the lid. Leave it until completely soft. Soak Qi Zi in water until fine.

2.Rinse and scald the chicken meat.

3.Put all ingredients into a stewing pot. Stew until the chicken is done; serve.
