Stewed Quail Eggs with Qi Zi

Ingredients:

15g Qi Zi

15g dried longans

15g Tu Si Zi

10g Wu Wei Zi

4 quail eggs

[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

 

Seasoning:

sugar

 

Method:

1.Rinse all ingredients. Soak Qi Zi in water until fine.

2.Cook quail eggs in water until hard-boiled. Shell them.

3.Put all ingredients into a stewing pot. Stew for 1.5 hours until done. Stir in sugar and serve.
