Stir-Fried Prawn with Rice Wine |

Ingredients: 400g fresh prawns 250g rice wine 1T vegetable oil sectioned spring onion grated ginger [t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]
Method: 1.Rinse shell and devein the prawns. Soak in rice wine for 10 minutes. Set aside and drain. 2.Heat vegetable oil in a wok. Add sectioned sprion onion and stir-fry until fragrant. Put into the shelled prawns and grated ginger. Stir-fry until the shelled prawns is done. Season with salt. Serve.
