Tu Si Zi and Oyster in Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

10g Tu Si Zi

10g Nu Zhen Zi

15g Qi Zi

9 oysters (with shell)

5g shredded spring onion

5g grated ginger

4t salad dressing

[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

 

Method:

1.Boil Tu Si Zi, Nu Zhen Zi and Qi Zi with water into a juice. Add grated ginger and cook for a while.

2.Rub and rinse the oysters. Soak them into the juice from step (1) for about half minute. Set aside.

3.Take out the oyster meat and turn it up side down, then, put it onto the shell again. Pour salad dressing and put Qi Zi over it. Put it into the oven and bake until it turns brown. Serve.
