Yi Mu Cao Drink with Egg

Ingredients:

50g Yi Mu Cao

15g wood ear fungus

2 eggs

[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

 

Method:

1.Rinse all ingredients. Put them into a pot and add water. Cook until the eggs are hard-boiled.

2.Shell the eggs and put them back into the pot. Cook further.

3.Stir in brown sugar and serve. Eat the egg and drink the tea.
