Asparagus and Small Corn

Ingredients:

150gram Garden Asparagus

Half Carrot

3 pcs Cherry Radish

100 gram Small Corn

Seasoning:

Proper Salad Dressing

A dash of Olive Oil

Method:

1. Pare and cut garden asparagus into small sections. Pare and cut carrot into strips. Slice cherry radish and small corn.

2. Add olive oil in when the water is boiling; blanch garden asparagus, carrot and small corn in the boiling water; drain and place them on the plate. Place cherry radish around the edges.
