Cold Bean Curd

Ingredients:

1 small packet Bean Curd

2 pcs Celery

50 gram Pea Sprouts

8 small Tomatoes

50 gram Kelp Sprouts

Seasoning:

2 tbsp Mushroom Sauce

Method:

1. Cut each bean curd into 4 parts. Remove the leaves of celery and chop into pieces. Remove the roots of pea sprouts. Rinse small tomatoes. Soak kelp sprouts and drain it.

2. Place bean curd on the plate and then put pea sprouts, small tomatoes and kelp sprouts on the edges. Put chopped celery on the bean curb and pour the mushroom sauce on top. Serve.
