Cold Celery

Ingredients:

250 gram Celery

2 pcs Mushrooms

Seasoning:

2 tbsp White Sesame

1 tbsp Soy Sauce

Half tbsp Sugar

1 tbsp Vinegar

A dash of Water and Salt

Method:

1. Rinse celery, strip them in 4 cm length, slice and soak them in the cold water.

2. Soak mushrooms until soft and chop then slightly fry it.

2. Drain celery and place them on the plate; sprinkle chopped mushrooms and pour seasoning on the them.
