Cold Eggplant

Ingredients:

3 pcs Eggplant

3 pcs Garlic

25 gram Basil

Seasoning:

1 tbsp each of oyster oil and soy sauce

1 tbsp sugar

A dash of spice oil

Method:

1. Rinse and steam eggplants until cooked; then cut them into small sections. Chop garlic; rinse and chop basil.

2. Put eggplants on the plate; add chopped garlic and basil in and then pour seasonings on them and serve.

Hints: Potential cure hernia and chiblain.
