Cold Sliced Lotus Roots

Ingredients:

3 pcs Lotus Roots

4 pcs Coriander

Seasoning:

4 tbsp each of vinegar and white sugar; a dash of salt and spice oil.

Method:

1. Pare, rinse, slice lotus roots and them soak them in the water. Rinse and chop coriander.

2. Marinate lotus roots with seasoning materials as mentioned above for 1-2 hours. Stir with chopped coriander and serve.

Hints: Lotus Roots can relieve heat, cure poor appetite and diarrhea.
