Colorful Onion and Pepper Mixer

Ingredients:

Half Green, Red, and Yellow Pepper

Half Onion

Seasoning:

1 tbsp of Olive Oil

A dash of Vinegar and White Pepper powder

Method:

1. Rinse the peppers and cut into cube.

2. Blanch them in the boiling hot water, drain it and set aside.

3. Rinse and chop the onion.

4. Mix all ingredients and pour a seasoning material onto before serve.
