Cucumber Konnyaku |

Ingredients: 3 pcs Cucumber 1 packet Konnyaku กก Seasoning: 3 tbsp. Mustard sauce 3 tbsp. Soy bean sauce Little Sugar, Vinegar, and Spicy Oil กก Method: 1. Rinse cucumbers, then shred. Marinate them with salt for like 10 minutes, then wash and drain. 2. Slice Konnyaku and blanch it in hot boiling water, then remove and drain. 3. Place shredded cucumbers on the plate, and put sliced Konnyaku on top of cucumber. 4. Mix the sugar, vinegar and spicy oil around pour gently on top of cucumber and Konnyaku.
