Ingredients: 1 box Bean Curd 1 pc Boiled Egg 1 pc Tomato Half pc Onion Quarter Green Pepper 2 pcs Garlic Seasoning: Proper Olive Oil Proper portion Water 6 pcs Curry Cubes Method: 1. Dice 1.5 cm bean curd, divide yolk and albumen from boiled egg; chop it. Blanch tomato in the boiling water; pare and dice. Blanch onion and green pepper in the boiling water; chop. Chop the garlic. 2. Heat the pot. Fry garlic and onion with seasoning olive oil, and add in some water with the curry cubes and also add in bean curd. 3. Place all prepared mixture ingredients in step 2 on the plate, and then put in tomato, green pepper, albumen and yolk and stir it before serve. 2. Heat the pot. Fry scallion, ginger with seasoning 1 tbsp of Olive oil, and add in broccoli for one minutes, then put in carrot, abalone mushroom and seasoning of proper salt and sugar, a dash of spice oil and pepper powder to fry for a while and stir with proper cornstarch mixture. |
