Fry Abalone Mushroom with Broccoli

Ingredients:

1 pc Broccoli

Half Carrot

2 pcs Scallion

1 pc Ginger

3 pcs Abalone Mushrooms

Seasoning:

1 tbsp Olive Oil

Proper Salt and Sugar

A dash of Spice Oil and Pepper Powder

Proper Cornstarch mixture

Method:

1. Rinse and divide broccoli. Pare and slice carrot. Cut scallion into small sections. Shred ginger. Slice abalone mushroom, and blanch in the boiling water.

2. Heat the pot. Fry scallion, ginger with seasoning 1 tbsp of Olive oil, and add in broccoli for one minutes, then put in carrot, abalone mushroom and seasoning of proper salt and sugar, a dash of spice oil and pepper powder to fry for a while and stir with proper cornstarch mixture.
