Fry Mixed Vegetable

Ingredients:

Half Broccoli

50 gram Pea Sprouts

Half Carrot

50 gram Small Corn

4 pcs Fresh Mushrooms;

40 gram Black Mushrooms

2 pc Scallion

Seasoning:

Proper Olive Oil

Half tsp Salt

1 tsp Sugar

Proper Spice Oil

Proper Cornstarch mixture

Proper Pepper Powder

Method:

1. Divide broccoli. Remove the stems of pea sprouts. Dice carrot. Slice small corn. Cut scallion into small sections. Cut mushrooms and black mushrooms into halves.

2. Heat the pot. Fry mushrooms and scallion with proper olive oil, and then put in broccoli to fry for one minute; add in pea sprouts, sliced carrot, small corn and put half tablespoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, some spice oil and pepper powder; stir with cornstarch mixture. Serve.
