Fry Okra With Garlic

Ingredients:

300 gram Okra

2 pcs Eggplants

100 gram Garlic

1 pc Red Chili Pepper

Seasoning:

2 tbsp Oyster Oil

1 tsp Soy Sauce

1 tbsp Sugar

A dash of Spicey Oil

A dash of Wine

Method:

1. Rinse okra with salt and cut it into two sections. Rinse and cut eggplants into small sections; soak it. Peel and rinse garlic. Cut red chili pepper into small sections.

2. Heat the pot; fry garlic with 3 tbsp oil, and then put garlic, okra, eggplants and proper water into stew until soft; add all seasonings material, stir it before serve.
