Green Bean Sheet and Dried Bean Curd

Ingredients:

8 slices Wu-Shiang Dried Bean Curd

2 pcs Green Bean Sheet

2 pcs Cucumbers

Half Carrot

2 pcs Red Chili Peppers

3 pcs Coriander

Seasoning:

1 and half tbsp of Oyster Oil

1 and half tbsp Soy Sauce

1 and half tsp Sugar

1 tbsp Spice Oil

Method:

1. Cut dried bean curd into halves, shred and blanch in the boiling water. Cut green bean sheet into strips. Shred carrot and cucumber; marinate with a dash of salt and drain. Shred red chili peppers. Chop coriander.

2. Stir dried bean curd, green bean sheet, shredded carrot and cucumber well; add all seasoning ingredients, red chili peppers and coriander together and serve.
