Hawaii Fruit Vessel

Ingredients:

Half pc Pineapple

1 pc Kiwi

Half pc Orange

1 pc Banana

10 pcs Cherry

2 Slices of Canned Peach

4 Slices Lettuce

Seasoning:

1 tbsp Pineapple Juice

1 tbsp Honey

4 tbsp Salad Dressing

Method:

1. Cut pineapple into halves; dig out the pulp and cube; and squeeze 1 tbsp pineapple juice.

2. Pare and slice kiwi; peel orange; cut banana and peach into proper sizes. Rinse lettuce and drain.

3. Use pineapple prepared in step 1 as a vessel; put on the lettuce first, and then put in all kinds of the fruits. Serve with seasonings material before serve.
