Lai Mu Grapefruit

Ingredients:

2 pcs Grapefruit

1 pc Lai Mu

8 pcs Grapes

50 gram Purple Cabbage

100 gram Lettuce

25 gram Celeriac

Seasoning:

Half box Yogurt

1 tbsp Olive Oil

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

A dash of Salt

Method:

1. Cut grapefruit into halves and dig out the pulp; divide pulp into separated one. Slice lai mu. Rinse grapes. Tear purple cabbage and lettuce into proper size after rinse them. Chop celeriac into pieces.

2. Put prepared ingredients in "1" and grapefruit into a cup and pour the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice and salt in; sprinkle celeriac.
