Sour and Hot Cabbage

Ingredients:

1 kg Cabbage

Half Carrot

2 pcs Cucumbers

2 pcs Red Peppers

1 pc Baby Ginger

3 pcs Garlic

1 tbsp Xanthoxylum

Seasoning:

3 tbsp Salt,

3 tsp Olive Oil,

1 tbsp Spice Oil,

6 tbsp each of Sugar and Vinegar;

A dash of Salt.

Method:

1. Rinse cabbage, peel it into pieces. Rinse and slice cucumber. Sliced red pepper and shred ginger. Chop garlic.

2. Marinate cabbage, carrot, cucumber with seasoning salt for one hour; rinse for removing the salt. Squeeze and them put them in a box. Add garlic, pepper and shredded ginger in.

3. Heat the pot, fry xanthoxylum with seasoning olive oil; remove the pot from fire. Put seasoning spice oil, sugar and vinegar in and set aside for 1-2 hours before serving it.
