Whole Malt Steamed Dumplings

Ingredients:

600 gram Whole Malt Flour

1 tsp Yeast

1 cup Warm Water

Method:

1. Put 1 cup of warm water, yeast and salt into flour; mix them well. Let ferment for an hour.

2. Roll the dough until elastic, and them make it into a proper shape; then steam it with the steamer for about 15-20 minutes.
