Ingredients: (Serves 4-6) 500 gram Anchovies 400 gram Peanuts 1 tbsp Sugar Half pieces Lime 1 Red Small Onion 1 tsp Oil A dash of Salt Method: 1. Cleaned anchovies by removing the head and intestines. Roast the anchovies and peanuts together. 2. Ground and pound chilies and slice red onion coarsely. 3. Stir fry the red onion and chilies with oil, add in lime juice, a dash of salt and sugar. 4. Once the gravy is thickened, put in roasted anchovies and peanuts, stir well and remove to serve. |
