Ingredients: (Serves 4-6) 500 gram Bamboo Shoots 1.5 slice of Dried Salted Fish 1 stalks of Lemon Grass 2.5 cups Coconut Milk 8 Red Chillies 2 cm Fresh Turmeric Method: 1. Rinse the bamboo shoot and drain. 2. Finely grinned the chillies and turmeric. Slice the lemon grass into 3 cm. Heat up a pan and put in grinned chillie, turmeric, sliced lemon grass, dried salted fish, and bamboo shoot. 3. Add in the coconut milk and stir well, continue heating until boiled with medium fire. 4. Add in salt and serve hot. |
