Malay Beef Floss (Serunding Daging)

Ingredients: (Serves 4-6)

300 grams Beef

1 grated Coconut

2 Lemon

8 dried Red Chillies

6 Shallots

2 Cloves Garlic

1 tsp Cummin

1 tsp Coriander Seeds

4 cm Piece Turmeric

2 tbsp Sugar

3 tsp Olive Oil

Method:

1. Ground together dried red chillies, shallots, garlic, cummin, coriander see, turmeric together until fine.

2. Fry ground ingredients with some oil until fragrant in a pan.

3. Put in grated coconut and stir well.

4. Put in beef, salt and pepper, squeeze lemon juices on to it.

5. Fry until the coconut turn to golden color.

6. Serve with rice.
