Malay Belimbing Sambal (Sambal Belimbing)

Ingredients: (Serves 4-6)

2 Red Chilies

4 Ripe Belimbing

2 tbsp Belacan or Shrimp Paste

A dash of Salt and Sugar and Oil

Method:

1. Slice the belimbing.

2. Pound all ingredients until fine, add in belimbing and mix well.

3. Slightly fry all ingredients with low fire and a dash of oil. Mix well and mashing slightly.

4. Serve.
