Malay Cabbage in Coconut Gravy (Kubis Masak Lemak)

Ingredients: (Serves 4-6)

3 Shallots

3 Red Chillies

3 Cups of Water

1 cup Shelled Prawns

400 gram Cabbage

4 cups Coconut Milk

1.5 tsp turmeric powder

A dash of Salt

Method:

1. Rinse shelled prawns. Rinse cabbage cut into slices.

2. Pound the chillies and shallots. Heat a pan and put in the ingredients with coconut milk and set to boil.

3. Add in prawn and cabbage, leave it and wait till the cabbage gets tender.

4. Remove from fire and ready to serve.
