Malay Cuttlefish in Black Gravy (Sotong Masak Hitam)

Ingredients: (Serves 4-6)

500 gram Fresh Cuttlefish

8 Shallots

2 tbsp Curry Powder

6 Clove Garlic

6 Red Chillies

3 tbsp Tamarind Juice

Salt and Seasoning

Method:

1. Wash the cuttlefish leave the black liquid bag in it.

2. Pound red chillies, garlic and shallot until fine.

3. Heat a pan with some oil, put in cuttlefish, tamarind juice, curry powder.

4. Cook with medium fire.

5. Continue to cook until cuttlefish is cooked.
