Ingredients: (Serves 4-6) 2 piece Dried Cuttlefish 2 cup Anchovies 1.5 tbsp Tamarind 1 cup Peanuts 3 Shallots 1 tbsp Shrimp Paste 12 Dried Chillies 2 Clove Garlic Method: 1. Ground together shallots, shrimp paste, garlic finely. 2. Wash the cuttlefish and soak into water until soft. 3. Extracted tamarind juice. 4. Cut of the head of anchovies, clean and drain it. 5. Roast the peanuts and pound coarsely. 6. Heat up a pan with some oil, put in the grounded ingredient and fry till fragrant. Add in dried cuttlefish and anchovies, stir well. 7. Put the pounded peanuts, add in tamarind juice and salt. Boil it until the gravy thicken. 8. Remove from fire and serve. |
