Ingredients: (Serves 4-6) 3 Spanish Mackerel 8 stalks Small Green Chillies (chili padi) 4 cup Coconut Milk 5 Shallots sliced 1 Turmeric Leaf 2 pieces Asam Gelugur 1 tsp Salt Method: 1. Pound green chillies, turmeric leaf together. 2. Fry the pounded ingredients with water and boil in a pan. 3. Put in fish and asam gelugur, add in some salt. 4. Heat up the oil and fry the sliced shallots in another pan, pour into the gravy. 5. Serve hot. |
