Ingredients: (Serves 4-6) 3 Spanish Mackerel 3 fresh Red Chillies 5 Shallots 3 cm piece Ginger 2 Shallots sliced 2 pieces Asam Gelugur 3 cup Water 2 tsps Oil 1 tsp Salt Method: 1. Pound shallots, ginger and red chillies. 2. Boil pounded ingredients with water. 3. Add in fish and asam gelugur and some salt. 4. Fry the sliced shallots in another pan and pour into the gravy. 5. Serve while hot. |
