Malay Fish with So Hoon Soup (Sup Ikan with So Hoon)

Ingredients: (Serves 4-6)

3 Pieces White Fish

20 Gram So Hoon

5 Small Red Onions

2 Clove Garlic

A dash of Salt and White Pepper

1 tbsp Oil

Method:

1. Peel off the skin and slice the red onions and garlic.

2. Soak the so hoon in a bowl of water.

3. Fry the sliced onions and garlic until golden brown in color with oil.

4. Put in 4 cups of water, a dash of salt and pepper.

5. When the soup boils, put in the fish and add in the so hoon when the fish almost cooked.

6. Carry on boiling until the so hoon softens.

7. Serve hot garnished with chopped spring onions.
