Ingredients: (Serves 4-6) 500 grams Beef 4 cloves Garlic 3 stalks Lemon Grass 3 cm piece Ginger 3 cm piece galangal 1 tsp turmeric powder 4 tsp Sugar Salt 3 cups Oil Method: 1. Wash and cut the beef into small cube and dry it. 2. Ground garlic, lemon grass, ginger, galangal together finely. 3. Marinate beef cube with grounded ingredients, turmeric powder, salt and sugar. Set aside for 4-5 hours. 4. Fry the meat until cooked with oil. 5. Serve while hot with chili sauce. |
