Ingredients: (Serves 6-8) 6 pieces Chicken Breast 2 tbsp Sesame Oil 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil 4 Cloves Garlic 1 cup Tamarind Juice 3 tbsp Chili paste 3 tsp Salt to taste Method: 1. Wash and flatten the chicken breasts with the size of a cleaver. Mix all the ingredients and use it to marinate the chicken. Set aside for 30 minutes. 2. Put on a rack, grill and cook both site until golden brown color, basting extra oil and juice to get it more flavor. 3. Alternatively deep-fry the chicken over medium flame. Serve. |
