Ingredients: (Serves 6-8) 1 whole Chicken 3 tbsp Turmeric Powder 1.5 tsp Salt 2 Large Onions 3 Red Chillies 1 cup of Oil Method: 1. Ringed thickly the onions, slice the red chillies. 2. Clean and cut the chicken into 8 pieces. Wash and dry well. 3. Mix the chicken piece with turmeric powder and salt. 4. Fry the chicken pieces with oil until crisp and golden brown in color. 5. Fry the onion rings and chilli slices with 2 tbs oil until limp. Add in the chicken and mix it well, switch off the fire and serve. |
