Malay Fried Fish (Ikan Goreng)

Ingredients: (Serves 4-6)

4 piece Horse Mackerel

3 tsp turmeric powder

Proper Oil for deep frying

1 tsp Salt

Method:

1. Cover the fish with turmeric powder and salt, soak for 30 minutes.

2. Heat up the pan with cooking oil until it is boiled. Put in the fish and deep fry it until cooked.

3. Drain the fish and set aside ready to serve.
