Ingredients: (Serves 4-6) 1 kg Mutton 10 cups Coconut Milk or Skinny Milk 2 tbsp Coriander Seeds and Cummin 4 cm piece Ginger 6 cloves garlic 1 tbsp Tamarind Salt to taste 8 tbsp Olive Oil Method: 1.
