Ingredients: (Serves 4-6) 1 piece Pomfret 3 tbsp Tomato Sauce 1 piece Galangal 3 Stalks Celery Leaves 3 tbsp Cooking Oil 1.5 tsp Turmeric Powder 3 Tomatoes 3 cm Piece Ginger 3 Green Chilies 3 tbsp Lemon Juice 3 cup Coconut Milk 3 stalks Lemon Grass 2 Bombay Onion 6 pieces Dried Chillies 4 cloves Garlic 8 Shallots 1 tsp Salt Method: 1. Pound dried chillies, garlic and shallots. Sliced ginger, celery leaves, Bombay onion, and crushed lemon grass. 2. Raise fish and drain. Rub with turmeric powder and salt. 3. Deep fry the fish in hot boiling oil until crispy. 4. Fry pounded ingredients, and tomatoes until smell good. 5. Simmer for 15 minutes, put in the fried fish, pour in tomato sauce and cook until the gravy get thick. 6. Put in all other remaining ingredient. Flip the fish over and continue simmer another 10 minutes. 7. Transfer the fish on plate first, then our the gravy on top of it and serve. |
