Ingredients: (Serves 4-6) 1.5 bowl cold cooked rice 3 shallots 3 cloves Garlic 50 gram Anchovies 3 Red Chillies 2 Long Beans 1 tbsp Oil 1 tsp Salt Method: 1. Wash the anchovies and drain, pound together with shallots, garlic, and chillies. 2. Clean and dice the long beans. 3. Heat up a pan, put in the pounded ingredients and oil, fry until it gets fragrant. 4. Put in long beans and continue fry with low fire. 5. Put in rice, mix well with the ingredients, add some salt stir well before serve. |
